Moab Women Workout Weekend



We will not be holding the Moab Women’s Workout Weekend this year. Sorry.

We’ll road bike, hike, daily yoga, hang, chat, eat, and relax while playing in the beauty of the arches and desert of Moab. A great way to get in shape and have fun prior to the new season! Includes shared lodging in three bedroom condos, healthy dinner, lunches, recipe book, bike sag support, yoga, meditation, and life in balance activities. There will be the opportunity for a pool swim or poolside yoga!  Begins Friday at noon and ends at 3pm on Sunday .  Registration forms below!  You DON’T have to be a triathlete to do this!  All activities are geared toward your level. Functional fitness necessary. You can do this!

Following our Moab weekend I finally acknowledged my out of alignment wheel thus catapulting me (kicking and screaming) back into the dating scene.  I met a wonderful man. Who:               Any woman 18 or older. Functional fitness necessary.  Cancer Survivors welcome. There are partial scholarships available for our local cancer survivors. Cancer survivors in treatment will need to have a signed release from their oncologist or family physician prior to attending the retreat.

To reserve your place print and fill out and return all registration forms with check to Nancy Reinisch on the address on the Application Form. However, this is a first come first serve process. The weekend will have limited enrollment. When our quota is filled we will need to close registration (sorry!).   Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and registration forms by  Nancy .
